It's one of the most iconic American semi-automatic handguns of caliber .45 ACP derived from the construction designed by J. Browning

in 1900. At the beginning cartridges constituted the ammunition of .45 ACP (11.43 mm that is 0.45 inch) with bullet weight of 15.2 g, at a speed of 250 m/s and initial energy of 477 J. Nowadays, there are available even cartridges with initial speed of 373 m/s and 835 J. Due to the use of strong cartridge, this handgun has a lock bolt cylinder at the time of shooting.

Cobra 1The handgun during the World War II was a full-time equipment of officers and Polish non-commissioned officers of military forces in the West (among others soldiers of the 1st Independent Parachute Brigade) and some partisans operating in Nazi-occupied Poland.

In Hollywood it is very often used e.g. by Steven Seagal, Cobra 3who used this weapon in most of his movies, but the most known is from Cobra film, used by Lieutenant Marion "Cobra" Cobretti played by Sylvester Stallone.

This model was our second project. The idea was to reflect the model exactly from this film and we have achieved this goal after many months of waiting on hand painting handles made from buffalo horn.
